10.3.3 Complex sentences หมายถึง รูปประโยคที7ประกอบขึDนด้วยมุขยประโยค (Main
Clause) อันหนึ7ง กับอนุประโยค (Subordinate Clause) อีกตัDงแต่หนึ7งอันขึDนไป กล่าวโดยทั7ว ๆ ไปแล้ว

Subordinate Clause จะไม่มีความหมายที7สมบูรณ์ ในตัวเอง หากแต่ว่ามีหน้าที7ไปช่วยเสริม หรือขยาย
ความใน Main Clause ให้ได้ใจความสมบูรณ์ และชัดเจนยิ7งขึDน ชนิดของอนุประโยคที7รวม อยู่ใน
Complex sentences นัDนมีอยู่ 3 ชนิด คือ

10.3.3.1 Subordinate Adjective Clause (หรือ Sub. Adjectival Clause) อนุ
ประโยคนีDจะเริ7มต้นด้วยคําว่าที7มีความหมายว่า “ซึ7ง” ( who , which , that , whom , where, whose )
และคําว่า “ซึ7ง” นีD ขยาย Noun ที7อยูติดชิดข้างหน้าของมัน ดังแผนผัง A
